"2 coworkers bailed on this 1 worker even though there was a line. When asked for his coworkers to come back and help out they didnt help. Had to wait more than an hour to get a cut even though I booked an appointment and showed up early and the dude in front of me had more than an hour of his time but I only got a rushed 15 minutes. I think when it got to my turn it was past 8 pm. I'm pretty sure it was close to closing time or it was closed by the time I left and then my barber had another dude after me. I appreciate the guy for giving me the cut, however his coworkers aren't cool for leaving him. Music was super loud becuase the tv was over the seats and you couldn't hear conversations. Also for some reason this barber as well is cash only which is annoying. Barber shops need to stop doing this."

"Pros: solid haircut, one of the few places open until 9 pm on a weekday night which is convenient. cons: customer service- blasting music on speakers at full volume, two employees were seemingly just hanging around and they turned away a walk-in with under an hour to go. Also it's a cash-only service solid haircut but I'd look elsewhere before coming here"

"Sunday was my only day off. Made an appointment online same day at 12:00 for 2:00. Drove from Bainbridge (1hour/one way). After sitting there for 30 minutes without being greeted or spoken to they tell me the barber I booked with didn’t come in today. I understand stuff comes up and life happens ,but call your client or close your books for the day. For the barbers that were there at least speak to people when they come in your shop so they don’t waste their time. Unfortunately there aren’t barbers open on Sundays in Bainbridge."

"Not impressed. I asked a young man (whose hair was perfect) where he got his hair cut so I could tell my husband. He told me One Touch Barbershop on Gaines, so I booked an appointment for my husband. I was shocked that my husband's hair looked scruffy coming out. No product in his hair to style it walking out, the sides were supposed to be a #1 fade but was long and choppy (Not even a #3). Once we got home, I cut his hair myself to make him look sharp. My sister had a salon years ago and I would help her. We never let a client walk out the way my husband walked out. Could've been a new barber, but was not the sharp cut and style that I saw on the young man I met. We'll stick with me cutting it or going to CHOP."
