"There was nothing Luxury about this nail salon. My first time going I walked into a hotbox (no ac). I’m not above that so I did in fact stay. What tipped me off was the baby roaches. (See photo) One fell in another customers water because she smacked it off because it was crawling on her! They have no design skills & can barely accomplish a basic French tip. Lots of senior citizens they service so maybe that’s why. I will never go back."

"Went in last week, a full week exactly to get a fill in and cut down this was the worst set I have ever received in my life! The pictures speak for it self. Acrylic was laid sloppy all over my finger, the shape was horrid and the gel polish was either old or the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I had plenty bubbles and streaks! I am disgusted and disappointed. I normally don’t leave reviews on google but I felt it was imperative to do so about this."

"I never leave reviews but this was unacceptable. I came to get my acrylic nails (done at a different nail salon) taken off. service started off well until the lady doing my nails began to scrape off excess acrylic from my already soaked nails using a nail tip. When she got to my right thumb i told her it hurt multiple times but she continued to try and pry it off. Eventually, it caused a deep break in my natural nail. She then tried to paint over the nails with clear polish while there was still acrylic on my nail. If you’re looking for luxury, this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO."
