"I've gone to this shop once before I like the braids. I even took my then 4 year old daughter to get her natural hair braided. This time the service was not as expected. I called and set up an appointment. I even sent a photo of the style I wanted for my daughter for school. When I walked in at my appointment time I had to explain the reason I was there. I was immediately responded with backlash. I was asked how much was I told. I was asked to see the photo. I was asked who I spoke with(to be asked these questions are somewhat understood, but the nasty tone in the voice is not). The style had beads. The stylist frowned up her face and yelled "beads too?" I responded no, I only want braids. I can put the beads on myself. The stylist was so rude that I said if they didn't want to do the braids let me know so I can go. I was finally told after sitting down that only one person can braid a child's hair and she was doing box braids. She asked me to write down my name and number amd someone would call me back. This was over a week ago. I've since braided my daughter's hair myself and she's in her second week of school. Long review, but needed to understand the experience. The rudeness isn't worth the service. There are way too many braid shops around nowadays."
