"I love to go when my two favorite people are there. Tina and Kim. I visited when Tina was out, and my nails did not last 3 days. Great atmosphere and friendly staff."
"My nails look horrible and started chipping/lifting/breaking after only 3 days! I had my nails cut low and received the SNS service, 1 day before a flight. 6 days later when I returned back I was told they would only perform repair had I returned within 3 days. Otherwise the charge was going to be $30. Which is $5 per nail. Or that I could do a new set for $35. Heck....I paid $40 initially. Smh Do not frequent this establishment if you expect to get your money worth, with atleast 2 weeks of decent presentable nails. My total tab for 2 Pedicures, 1 SNS and 1 basic Mani was $178. Not including the tip. Disappointed."
"Terrible service, poor quality of work, and added extra charges on styles that the nail tech added on their own without your knowledge. Within the last year I have been going here I should have learned by now. I have wasted so much money. I got my nails done on 9/2/23 and it’s now 9/6/23, my nail is lifting, the chrome of gold that I did not ask for was added and charged me $10. An ombré look was done and I did not like it. I asked them to paint over it and they got upset. When they painted over it the side were left exposed and the paint job was terrible. I will be removing them by the end of the week. My suggestion is find a good nail tech because their entire staff is terrible."
"I wish I would have read reviews first. They were unfriendly and that should have been a red flag and when the tech had to change my nails from yellow to pink, this is what I got. It is still yellow around my nails. This is how I left this place. I definitely will not be returning."
"The owner CUT MY FINGER DEEP!! RUN RUN RUN THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO STILL CHARGE ME A THINK IT WAS FUNNY! SHE Then sprayed a liquid Band-Aid over my hand without even cleaning any of the dust from the Nails or the area without my permission."
