"The pharmacy office needs to take a class on customer service and how to treat elderly customers. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy or this store. Don’t bother wasting your precious (life) time."

"Incompetent staff. 1. I called ahead unknowingly to try and get a rx filled and was told i need to bring it in physically. No issue. The problem is the woman indicating to just drop off and come back the next day w/o even knowing what it was and if it was available. I asked her and she stated they’re backed up with orders (so what). I went in and i wouldve got my meds if it was in stock so the woman on the phone was wrong. 2. A woman of an indian descent is completely rude (sounded like lady from number 1). I called with a question per doctor instruction, she placed me on hold over 10mins came back and asked how could she help me.. as i was sayin i just told someone, the phone went back to hold music and eventually was disconnected. Called back and no one answered for 20mins just get another rude and incompetent rep."

"The pharmacists at this store are extremely rude day in and day out. It’s pitiful that you’ll often find these pharmacists to be extremely disrespectful on a very basic level to any person they come in contact with. This includes the wide demographic of disabled people they aide in the form of providing medication. Surface level decency is hard to find at King St, I guess."

"If you can, please have your prescription sent somewhere else. This CVS Pharmacy is terrible. Most of the staff/techs in the pharmacy act as if time doesn't exist. If you make an appt, please allot an extra hour of your time simply because they will have you waiting at least 30 min before they even acknowledge that you are present. Don't bother going through the drive-thru for a prescription pick-up if you think that will be faster than going inside because again, you will be waiting in the drive-thru for at least 20 min before someone comes to the window. When you are eventually approached, they will act as if YOU are bothering them and that they could care less how long you've been waiting. Now I fully understand if there's a long line inside, or at the drive-thru, or someone didn't show up to work that day, however, that has never been the case the numerous times I have had to come here. A simple, "We will be right with you" or "Sorry for your wait" would go a LONG way with your customers."

"Absolute worst cvs in the world. I SCHEDULED a covid test only to be sitting at the drive through for 30min! I finally decided to go inside to see what was the hold up and the representative told me the pharmacist is running behind. I continued to wait as I NEED this covid test; only for the pharmacy rep to finally get here and have me waiting an additional 20minutes before I could even get tested. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable! There certainly needs to be some firing and hiring because this is ridiculous. Sn IM HERE RIGHT NOW STILL WAITING!!! What is the purpose of an appointment only to be an hour past it!? I’m getting no communication from the call button and I’m watching someone behind the glass just sit there!"
