"Stop by Davis bridal for about 4 hours finding my wedding dress. Marsha Martin was the last rep that came to help me. She stocked around until close to help me. She made sure I felt comfortable about my decision and I was one happy camper when she brought out one last dress that was midi length. I love it. I wouldn’t have walked out with a dress without her help. She is a great employee. She treats customer with utmost respect and understand the difficulty of finding a dress. I highly recommend her for anyone going to David’s bridal to shop. Thank you Marsha if you ever see this comment. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!"

"I am disappointed that they have no selection of wedding dresses for my size which is a street size 12. I fell in love with a dress and they only had a size 24. The dress dropped price from 1,050.00 to 579.00. When I got alteration prices they were equal to the dress price. It was ridiculous. The lady that was supposed to help me pretty much attended other people in the front and said she would be looking for dresses for me and since she didn't find any left me in the dressing room and after 15 min i just walked out to find her talking to an employee at the register. No wonder they are going out of business l! No customer service skills, no variety of sizes mainly they have 0-8. I am also pissed my entire Bridal party spent money on the dresses and they had none at the store to try on nor the color. Spare yourself from disappointment and try other places."

"I am editing my original review. My follow up for alterations was an awful experience. I was told it would be around $200 so that was what I was prepared to spend. The poster on the wall states you will receive an estimate, which I did not. After the poor girl did all the measurements, I was told it would be over $600. I was humiliated. I ended up only being able to get the back piece put in. Then I was left at the register for 20 minutes with an employee who had no idea what he was doing while the lady helping him walked off to help someone else. I watched customer after customer receive amazing service while I was just left there like I didn’t matter. I will eventually go back to get the rest of the alterations but there needs to be better communication about alteration pricing up front. Overall yesterday’s experience was awful. Emily was so attentive and knowledgeable. She made my experience the best I could have asked for. ♥️"

"The experience I had at my bridal appointment in Tallahassee, FL was okay. I felt like it could have been better. The stylist that was assigned to me appeared to be new. I wished I had someone a little bit more seasoned. She wasn’t very hands on and seemed a bit clueless on helping the bride style the gown. However, she was very nice and I assumed she did the best she could."
