"Aldoshoes is a good company to purchase shoes, purses, etc as to why I was very disappointed when I purchased a pair of shoes and when I opened the box the shoes were scuffed to the point that the leather was coming off on the bottom white part of the shoes. I believe that all employees need to ask themselves: If I ordered this product would it be a product I would be pleased with? If the answer is no why would you send it out to the customer if you know you wouldn’t accept it either. It’s probably going to be a while before I order online from here again. I will just go to the store in my state to make a purchase."

"I arrived in town the afternoon before my cousin's funeral and didn't have anything to wear. I found a dress pretty quickly but at 8pm, I was still without shoes. I went into ALDO tired and discouraged but then I met Kody. Kody was amazing and made me smile despite the situation. Not only was I impressed by his customer service but he found me the perfect shoes. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of his help. He went above and beyond. I love ALDO even more now. "I got hooked on Aldo about 2014 and I enjoy their items. I pay pricey prices for their bags which I love the most but the quality of their bags are not all that great. I have bought many bags from them but at least half of my bags have the stiching coming out of them. This is something they need to fix if they want to continue to chargr those pricy prices for those purses."
