"Update: the vibes are completely off. I came in for a hair appointment for deep conditioning and sort of root touch up. The lady who did my hair was ok, but the manager?! Completely gave off the vibes of how dare I be there? She was constantly looking over at us, the lady ask if I wanted to style it, I said you can just do two French braids, nothing fancy I’m getting a protective style after this. The manager jumped from the wash bowl of the hair see was doing to say “if you want that that will cost you extra.” The girl doing my hair and looked down at me and rolled her eyes and ask if I heard that. It wasn’t a good experience, find somewhere to go. It’s gone truly downhill since Jaz left."

"David is AMAZING. If you are looking for an actual stylist you need to come here and ASK FOR DAVID. He is very versatile, soooo professional, and educates you about your hair while he is doing it. I knew he was the real deal from the wash alone! This is my first silk press in yearssss and I am overjoyed with the results. I have been telling all of my friends about him! JCP has a real gem. He has gained a loyal customer/client. After two visits I have made a standing appointment with him, he is that outstanding!"

"I just want to send out a warning to everybody if you book an appointment by the app it is showing you incorrect times for the morning slots, I had booked appointment for 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. and they normally call you the day before to confirm your appointment, I never received a phone call so then when I looked online to try to call them myself the day of I saw they don't actually open till 12:00 p.m. So luckily I was able to go in a little bit earlier before my appointment to talk with one of the stylists who was there and she said she was looking on her end and it was showing 12:15p.m and 12:45p.m. I I told her no I booked it for 11:15 a.m. at 11:45 a.m. thankfully I took screenshots of my confirmation and she just kind of was nonchalant and I'm not saying it was her fault because she can't control the app and all that stuff but would have been nice to have a little bit more understanding vs having a "I don't care attitude" so I just told her she don't worry about it just cancel the appointments all together"

"During my first visit I walked in for my appointment time, went straight to the shampoo bowl and began my treatment. My stylist was Cassie and she did a great job. However, I had an allergic reaction to an oil that was placed in my hair and had to get it washed out of my hair a few days later as a result. The hair salon's manager had no problem accommodating me and providing this service again free of charge which was a relief. I also love that they are open everyday of the week which works well with my busy work schedule. They were easy to work with, pleasant, and provided great service."
