"The drive-thru option for pick up is consistently congested and the customer service from the pharmacy staff leaves much to be desired. More than once Ive had to drive around and make the line again because my scripts have not been filled/ready. I DO NOT recommend you use this pharmacy."
"If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR RX FILLED HERE. It’s not worth the headache. Those techs don’t know how to do their job let alone how to be CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst pharmacy ever I can not wait to have my insurance company change me out. Three thumbs down. SAVE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!"
"Winn-Dixie closed its pharmacy and transferred all the stuff to the Walgreens store on Argyle Forest Boulevard. So far the experience has been horrible. I signed up for their pharmacy gave them all my information. Next time I try to use them they don’t know who I am. I went to stand in line to see what the problem was. After 30 minutes, the line was not moving. I made a decision to go to a different pharmacy."
"Pharmacy answered twice, told me to hold for a minute so he can see what’s going on, 30 minutes later the call drops. I call back and get put on hold 18 more times over 45 minutes just for the call to drop again. Worst phone service I have ever dealt with. This Walgreens HATES to have to answer the phone and actually help a patient with their medication needs. I would give them -100 stars if that were possible. Save yourself the trouble, time, and just drive up there and deal with them face to face. Can’t hang up on you or put you on hold 500 times then. I’m going to assume no one of authority see these reviews, because nothing ever changes. If I were in charge, I’d be knee deep in my employees hides if I saw these reviews and things absolutely would change. No excuse for this behavior."
"Called to find out what action needed to be taken to get my Rx filled as I received a message that more info was needed. After a 5 min wait, a girl answered who told me she would have to transfer me to her colleague to find out why (like it's a huge secret or something), only to have to hold 30 more minutes of constantly being placed back on hold. I had to disconnect the call because I had to go back to work... wasted my entire lunch break and never got an answer because they HUNG UP ON ME! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Zero customer service or respect."
