"It’s worth the drive to go 15 minutes to the one on waterlevel hwy. 2-3 bad experiences in a row. First my app didn’t work(oh well I’ll order in person) ordered at 10:50(time stamp with phone call with wife) drinks brought at around 11:10(time stamp complaint text to wife) for 2 drinks(drpepper diet cherry limade) Tonight ordered online, app didn’t work so had to use wife’s phone oh well they can’t change that. Got their lights off (app says closes at 12, order until 11:40, tried to order at 10:30 but couldn’t get it through until 11:10. App said there will be someone with me, I press red button. Cashier “were closed” Me “I ordered online and it’s already payed for” Cashier “we refunded it were closed” Swiftly hung up intercom. About 2 minutes later(stayed to smoke cigarette) someone from in store yelled very loud “it’s not working” then co worker told her to calm down. Probably don’t yell so loud people outside can hear. Idk if refund went through can’t see payment on card so assumed it did, but that’s a problem for when it posts. Maybe turn off your app orders 20 minutes before you closed, or at least don’t sound like an aggravated jerk, I’m here to pay you money. Moral of the story next time I’m using the other sonic, and never ordering past 9 because I don’t trust you to stay open when I payed you because you say you’re open. Some people there are very nice(or at least a year ago when I worked there) just some are jerks and have obvious anger issues and lack of care."

"Ate from this location a couple of weeks ago and it was very good. Food was hot and fresh. Picked up dinner from there today and it was the opposite. Burger was cold. Onion rings were cold and soggy. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day and were obviously cold. We could not finish our meal, it was so terrible. On a positive note, the sweet tea was good."

"My girlfriend came by tonight and asked for $30 of anything on the menu. The girl named Molly I believe said “thank you for making my job fun!” And gave us an assortment of different foods. She had great customer service and made us feel welcomed! When we got home we noticed we weren’t billed by accident. I would hate for her to get into any trouble for the mistake and we would live to come back and properly pay for our food. 10/10 amazing job! Thank you for the amazing service."
