"Came here for my wife’s family holiday dinner, Table of 17 in total. The food came out in a timely manner and the waitresses did their best to stay on top of everything. The food tasted microwaved but other than that it was a pleasant experience."
"I am gluten intolerant, so I ordered from the gluten menu. I had grilled chicken, sweet baked potato and broccoli. They brought it out on a bed of rice and it had to be returned. Then when they brought it back they had put a burnt baked potato. I tried eating it but you could taste the burn all in the potato. I asked them to please bring me another one. Well they brought another one out just like the one I sent back. So I changed my order to broccoli, green beans and chicken. They brought back a piece of chicken that looked like it has been cooked with everything and I asked them because it was so juicy not like the first one she brought out. So I ate that and the waitress never came back to fill up my glass with water until we were ready to leave. Not to mention the waitress was a real butt whole about everything. I have eaten at this Logan's since they opened in Cleveland but I will never go back again. I left with my head splitting wide open because the chicken was indeed cross contaminated. I always get a head ache as soon I eat gluten. So I wouldn't ever trust them to cook gluten for me ever."
"It was a takeout order. 2 New York strip meals. I didn't receive my salad as 2nd side, we both got loaded baked potatoes, and in the tiny cup, there was maybe 1/2 TBS of cheese, 3 bacon bits, it was pitiful! I bought 1/2 dozen extra rolls, they were white, barely baked ,and doughy! One steak was perfect, the other was supposed to be medium rare, it was rare, it had to be cooked a little longer so my wife could eat it! Every time I get take out from this restaurant, we never get the same quality of food, as when we dined in!"
