"placed a breakfast order on my app, the line was very long didn’t get to the speaker until 1032 and they wouldn’t server me breakfast, told me that since i didn’t pick it up it would just refund me, looked on the app, the app says the restaurant has to cancel the order or you will be charged even if you didn’t pick it up! the lady on the phone would not cancel the order !"
"Ordered a simple sandwich and still couldn't make it right, had to put it together myself. Really need better staff and management."
"Went thru the drive thru and it took over 45 minutes to get food. After we got to the window, we realized our order was completely wrong, and the ticket charged to our card was for a different order all together and about 3 times as much as we had purchased."
