Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"The female that brought us our food curbside had to go back a couple times to get items that should have been in our bag and forgot our drinks. Also, we requested honey and butter for our biscuits and we're given butter and 3 to go containers of maple syrup instead??? Ordering side items online was impossible, it kept saying they were out. For example: we tried ordering the butter on the app with our meals and it said they were out. Tried ordering cocktail sauce for the shrimp.. the AP said they were out."

"We went at a slower time. Our waitress was amazing. We don’t go out to eat very often. We noticed the food is going down in quality & quantity. We love this location but have noticed a decline. Our biscuits were hard too. They were out of certain menu items and it was only 4:00pm. It was just okay this time."

"It's like every other cracker barrel food wise. I truly don't know how it has 4.3 stars though in regards to the service. I went in as a one person party at 330pm on a Tuesday. Should be a fairly smooth meal. I waited an hour and a half for my food to come out and watched 3 tables that were seated after me get their food and leave. When my food finally came out I only got one of the two sides and the tenders for the combo platter were so burnt I couldn't eat them. I had added a salad and it never came. They never gave me any bread. And not once in the two hours I was here did they refill my water. I would like to say they did take off the things that they never brought me from my check but did not comp my meal in any way despite it not having one of the two sides it should've come with or any bread when it's supposed to have it. They only removed the things I never got AFTER they brought the check with them on there and I had to ask. Never made any effort to comp the meal despite it not having parts that it should've. Might actually be the worst restaurant experience I've had as I don't usually mind waiting, things being wrong, etc. since I've been on the other side of the coin. Terrible service."

"Got food poisoning this is the pictures of the food I received told the manager and he said that's what it's supposed to look like would not recommend this place again ever"

"Always a go to franchise to visit even when coming from out of town! This particular one is my local restaurant. They are generally always friendly and have good service. This time was no exception, even though the were quiet busy. I got the shrimp plate with Mac’n cheese and fried okra,( I forgot the specific name, maybe it’s fried popcorn shrimp platter…) and my friend got the roast beef with steamed broccoli and fried okra. This particular time was pretty slow, however they were understandably busy on this Tuesday evening. The store always has awesome stuff and deals for things going out of season. If you see something you like in season wait a month or two and it will be on sale. I will definitely be back soon!"
