"Terrible place DO NOT SHOP HERE. Some of the staff is very rude especially the ugly, bad built, young lady with the messed up wig and brown jacket. All I wanted to do was help my mother find a nice wig for her birthday and the young lady was completely nasty and non helpful. The nerve to call her a supervisor. We the people are the ones that keep you all in business so either you make the changes or you’ll end up getting shut down like the rest."

"First I would like to state that I hold zero qualms with any associates at this establishment because they're simply doing their job/what they are told. But I do have an issue with prices being clearly stated on an item and translated incorrectly on the receipt. I bought scissors/shears on 10/23/23, I called (today) the following morning to notify them that I was overcharged for scissors that I had not opened and still had the receipt for and what could I do given their policy. The associate told me their manager told them I would have to come back and provide the product to verify what I was telling them via phone, I assumed to be refunded for the difference since I'm being instructed to come back to the store. Ok, that's fine-- but mind you I don't live in Albany. I arrive, present them with the receipt and product with the very vibrant green sticker still in tact showing the price (unopened) that it was supposed to be. They deliberate in the back and come back out to show me shears that were in a DIFFERENT package but had the amount I was charged all to basically tell me, that what I was charged was correct but the sticker on my item was incorrect because someone (who obviously worked there) had put the wrong sticker on it. Please tell me where that is my issue? I took the item back and left because I was not interested in discussing it any longer with a business that had already come up with a narrative in the back to support their mistake instead of correcting it. And if management was not going to refund me there was no need for them to tell me to come back to the store. That is something that could've been told by them-- over the phone. I would act shocked by the lack of morale, consideration, compensation and unethical business practices that have been utilized across this business for years now but that would be very foolish of me. So instead I'll leave this review here in hopes that moving forward you strive for better customer service (with whomever continues to shop there) and a much more updated return policy when YOU are in the wrong. Thank You :)"

"This is my go-to place for my beauty supply needs. They are always super friendly and helpful here. The owner will come around and ask if you need help. In comparison to other beauty supply locations in the area they are by far top notch!!!"
