"I work nearby and I come here weekly on my lunch break . Never had an issue up until today and I must say I feel extremely disrespected, profiled and in complete shock . As I went to the register to pay for my items who I was told was the supervisor asked me to come to the side , she then told me she had saw me on camera and had pictures of me stealing , I told her I have never In my life stole from here so why would she assume it was Me , she went on to describe that it was A female with a “ponytail “ . I told her to show me so that I can prove to her she has me mistaken for someone else . She returned back to the floor telling me the cameras weren’t working today and to come back tomorrow to speak to the “Gm” I could not believe that she felt it was Ok to assume and accuse that I was the person stealing . I told her I felt profiled and I felt like I was being antagonized and she went on to say she could have me mistaken if so I can continue to shop here but if it was Me I’ll be banned . She also explained how she felt she handled herself right because she pulled me to the side and spoke to me. Can you imagine how I felt ? How my energy and mood went from high to low . I was falsely accused and profiled today at Family dollar . My experience was Highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating."

"It's Thursday Dec 15 2022 and me and 2 other cars are outside waiting for this location to open. Lights off no one anywhere. They open at 9am (according to goggle). That means open and be ready to recive the customers. It's now 915 as we are all sitting waiting for someone to open the store. 2 females workers pull up with morning snacks in hand as if the store didn't open 15 minutes ago. It's now 920 and still the doors are not open, as more cars pull up and leave.smh"

"Today was one of WORST customer service moment, I’ve experienced. First off, I had to speak to the cashier and say Hi because she just stood there staring at me, very unfriendly, as if I was alien or an unwanted guest. Then, what took the cake is I placed my shopping basket on the counter for her to ring the items. She would not take the items out the basket, but in an ugly tone told me that I needed to remove the items from the basket and place them on the counter before she’s able to ring the items. Never in all my years, have I ever been “rudely” ask to take the items out my basket. This was my first time at Family dollars years, now I understand why I hadn’t been back. I will not patron or spend my money at another FD. I’m done!"
