Immediately upon arrival, we were welcomed with the most courteous customer service by the kind gentleman (Ashley C.). Not only was Ashley C., kind and considerate, he was a product expert. "If you’re ever thinking about making a purchase here, NEVER EVER purchase from here. Horrible customer service, rude and the front lady literally yelled at my parents today. They’ve been purchasing from this location for over 7 years and the way she treated my parents was unbelievable and unprofessional and no customer should ever be humiliated nor be made fun of by an employee. SAS needs to rethink about who they’re hiring because they just lost a customer and we’re never going back."

"SAS, use to be an excellent shoes, since the owner has passed, the quality, the care and inventory has been hit or miss, there are alot of change with the company. The store that had a good amount traffic has gone slow,out dated and might close more of its store in coming years."
