"so i had went today to get a refund on a pair of pants my boyfriend got because they had scanned it twice and we didn't realize until yesterday night when we looked at our receipt and there was a black, bald lady with a deep voice who was very rude to me and i was also there with my 1 year old daughter. she had told me to step aside and then they would help me. i waited about 10 mins and asked when i would be helped and she told me "i said step aside or you can go sit over there and then we'll call you" with a very mean rude tone in her voice, then she was telling me to sit my daughter in the cart correctly because i had her in the cart so she can move around because she's 1 and doesn't like to be still. i have always done this and am always watching my daughter and no one has ever told me anything about it until today, this woman is no one to tell me what to do with my daughter and before me there was also a kid in the cart the same way my daughter was and she didn't tell them anything. this lady shouldn't be working with other people if she is this rude and disrespectful. everyone else was helpful, i have proof"

"I love ROSS, I visit multiple locations in every city. This location was extremely low staffed and made no effort to open additional registers when the line was far back into the women's department."

"Huge selection of merchandise including women's shoes. Especially Large sizes. I was impressed. Long check out line. Only two chasiers working the line. Manger walking around instead of assisting with check out. One cashier apparently asked if she could take a break and the manger responded loudly that she could not. She offered some explanation regarding another cashier's availability. Felt she could have responded a bit softer ie used her inside voice. Customers don't need a front row seat to housekeeping issues. Overall, I got what I came for - blk water. So I'm a happy camper. The thing about Ross is if you come across something you like, go ahead and get it because there is no guarantee that it will be in stock the next time. It's "hit or miss" with these stores.
