"Excellent customer service. I needed a female to female adapter for my leader hose to connect to my garden hose reel. Not only did they have it in stock, but since the one I chose had the former business name on it the owner knocked 3 dollars off of the price. She was very helpful and even struck up conversation with my 3 year old son. I like helping small town businesses over big box stores when I can. Unfortunately these types of businesses are a dying breed."
"Whenever I go in, I am always treated with respect. The owner is always busy helping a customer get exactly what they need. He even went so far as to cut a length of pipe for me so I could make repairs as soon as I got home. The kids that he has working there are as helpful as they can be, even if they do not know what I am trying to get. They go with you to help as much as possible. It does mean a lot when at other stores, the people point at an isle an say that it might be down that way."
