"The female that is working the register today doesn't need to be working with the public, she acts like you are there to serve her. I have been doing business with my local O'Reilly's ever since they opened up, but never again. NEVER!! A word of caution to the manager of the Jacksonville store, you need to not just hire any female off the street, they need to have a little bit of knowledge, customer relations experience and not think that they can treat customers like there is nowhere else in town to go because I can assure you there is."
