"Had a bad experience with a tech named Victoria at the drive thru. She was very rude and blatantly disrespectful because THEY didn't follow directions. Go figure! Not a great experience at all. Not a happy customer and won't be back."
"Attempted to get a COVID booster here. Did not realize it was appointment only. The technician or nurse on staff informed me they only have pfizer. I was vaccinated with Moderna in the military. I told her I’m okay with getting pfizer and she informed me that she personally won’t give it to me. Being a Physician Assistant I know the clinical guidelines. Clinical guidelines state that you can elect to get pfizer vaccine regardless of getting Moderna initially and vice versa. I understand this is a controversial topic but the realty is that personal opinions should not become integrated with the choices of healthcare. If I received a consent form and was offered a VIS I should be offered whatever vaccine I wanted."
"They are a very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The store is kept very neat. The bathrooms are clean. They have a nice waiting area for you to wait for your prescriptions to be ready and you don't have to wait very long at all."
