"I was greeted at the front door! She held the door open for me and complimented my outfit. I had no issues picking up my online order. I went to try on my boots (my first pair of real leather) and I was concerned about the fit. The same associate who greeted me saw that I was concerned and made her way over to me and asked what was going on. I explained. She felt the boot on my foot and asked me a few questions and explained how boots are supposed to fit and that I had the right size. I absolutely adore my new cowboy boots and really appreciated the friendliness of this store. Also, I wanted EVERYTHING in this store. You all have a new customer! Thank you!"

"Very nice store with a very nice selection. However customer service wasn’t too great. I was there for a while trying to help my son find his boots. There was like 6 employees standing around talking and not one person offered us any assistance. Then I was looking for a certain Jean size and one of the employees walked right passed me as if I wasn’t struggling to find a size. Almost felt like we weren’t wanted in there."

"They don’t have as big of a selection as you would think. The boots are good. Price is average. The biggest issue I have is spending $250 on a pair of boots and not getting a box. Really?? That’s how you keep a pair of boots nice. Next time I’ll just get them online. They send them in boxes."
