"Just went in looking for a particular hat, when I asked the sales associate about the hat he was very dry. He barely looked up from his phone. Didn't even try to make a sale or ask any questions, hell anything. Whatever he had on that phone was more important cause when I walked by again his head was still down in that dam phone"
"First of all...only one associate working the week of xmas is crazy. He was swamped but remained calm and helpful. However the wait for monogram was extensive due to him being alone (NOT HIS FAULT) the company needs to do better with staffing during shopping season. I know they losing money."

"Your employee Dashawn Dillard was rude to my grandson' s friend who is a 14 years old....he went to purchase a hat, and when checking out Dashawn asked him about the hat he was wearing, which said TRUMP. He asked the kid if he was a supporter and he said yes. Then he ask if he had been taught that??? What kind of question is that to ask a kid and what business is it of his!!! He had no right to question him!!!! He was rude to the kids!!! Never ever will I or anyone I can tell this to purchase anything from your store!!!"
