"⭐ stay away!!! I must caution potential customers about my recent experience with this tuxedo rental shop. At first, I was pleased with the service, but a series of events led to a highly inappropriate encounter with the owner. Due to unforeseen circumstances involving my truck needing repairs, I was unable to return the tuxedo on the scheduled date(rented it last Friday and was scheduled to return it this Wednesday). I live 45 minutes away from the shop, which made it impractical to have a friend drop it off. I called ahead to notify the owner of the delay and offered to pay any additional fees for the late return. Despite this, the owner took it upon herself to arrive unannounced at my private residence on a Sunday, while my wife and I were in the midst of watching a church service. This is less than one week from my original scheduled return… Not only did she knock aggressively on our front door, but she also trespassed into our backyard by opening a private gate and proceeded to bang on our back window. When I opened the door, I was met with a barrage of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I promptly handed over the tuxedo and tried to apologize, but the owner's behavior was far from acceptable. The experience left us feeling uneasy, to say the least. I would strongly advise potential customers not to do business with this place."

"I have never been treated so rudely before by a business. We went in to inquire about a tuxedo rental and off the bat it was a very rude welcome. I had no idea they worked on appointments so I asked if I could make one. During that time I asked the cost and timeframe and the older woman threw her appointment book down and yelled she had other customers to tend to. It took maybe 3 mins of her time to book us an appointment and answer two questions but instead she chose to be shockingly nasty. I have read so many great reviews about this place online and decided to support a small local business but this was experience was quite shocking and disappointing."

"We have used them for the past 2 years and they have been fantastic. Very personalized and affordable. My son was able to go by himself this year and get everything handled no problem. He accidently told them the wrong color shirt but since they deliver to the school cafeteria 2 days early, we were able to go the day before Prom and switch it, in house, very easily. They have all their inventory right there. Then the instructions of how and when to return the tux were printed right on the bag and they even sent a reminder text. Could not ask for better service. I absolutely, 100% recommend them."
