"My experience started off what seemed well, but ended up horrible when I picked up my item. I went in to have a custom football jersey made for my 35th birthday to do a photoshoot. The jersey was supposed to have the number 35 on the front and back with my last name on the back as well. I was told I would have to bring in my own jersey, which I ordered and took into the store. I picked out my font and completed the design layout sheet. However, when I picked up my jersey, my name was spelled wrong. I brought it to the attention of the manager (a guy with not too friendly customer service skills) who was the one doing the jersey, he said "autocorrect spelled it wrong". Which indicated he did not proof his work nor care about the spelling on the design layout. He then tried to fix the jersey with a horrible press over the incorrect spelling, which was highly visible. Not only did it ruin my plan for my 35th birthday photoshoot, I was also out of a jersey because I had to provide it and they didn't offer any alternative for their horrible job. I was frustrated and would not patron this establish again."

"TRUST ME! There are tons of tshirt providers and if you go with this guys, you will be worst choice! Unprofessional and disrespectful. Their website do not provide the size they can actually. Horrible quality and not willingness to fix their mistakes on time. They start arguing with you as if it is not their mistake. STAY AWAY! Thank me later"

"Horrible customer service I mean unbelievably bad, I dropped my order off 8 hours prior and it was promised to be done in 3 hours. When I showed up to pick up the order the lady working there was absolutely rude. I DO NOT recommend anyone using their services, there are way better elsewhere for better service and price. Update as of 8:34 PM I am still currently at the store, she screwed up my order so she had to redo it over. It’s like they are not even trying or they just don’t care"
