"I am in the store on 12/28/23 at 5:57 and stores know customers get off work around this time. They have 2 cashiers and the line is wrapped around the perfume section. Then stores want to know why they have so much theft. They don’t have employees,"

"I was there yesterday. I bought a couple of those earbuds only to found out one box was empty and both still have the alarm tags on. As i went out of the door yesterday the alarm went off but so as it does the several people that were ahead of me. The alarm went off several time and no one stop any of us and the whole time i was waiting in line i kept hearing alarm went off so i thought it's ok as i see the alarm went off as every person ahead of me goes out. Still I was afraid some of the clothes i bought for my nieces still have the alarm tags so i double check them and did not find anything so i left. Only to be shocked as i just found one both earbuds still have alarm tags on and i was empty. Below is the picture of the receipt as my proof of purchase and the empty box Edit: i thought i was shocked enough until I opened another earbud box and found THREE receipts inside that box! HAHAHA!!! The case still had finger prints on them and wasn't close tightly. But still...3 receipts from Sept inside an earbuds box...."

"This burlington has a lot to pick from but the lines are the worst of any store. No matter the time of year, and only in the early morning can you get in here and there be a decent line. I hate going to this one i travel all the way to Old National just to avoid this line and I literally live only 4mins away from this one. Update: Just when you think a store can't possibly get any worse this one proves you wrong i attempted to give this location another shot had 200.00 to spend on winter clothes for my son left with nothing because the line is coming out of the corral down the perfume lane to the back side of the store and heading up the back aisle of the men's shoes... absolutely ridiculous.... after spending over an hour feeling like im shopping out of a bargin bin hunting for my son's size. I put it all back along with several other customers due to the line. Several people walked in saw the line and walked back out. The store is tore up. Sizes all mixed in every where all you can do is walk until you see something you might like and check if it's your size. Kids and women's clothes in the men clothes, sizes on wrong hangers. I guess maybe because of demographics they don't care about the appearance of the stores in these neighborhoods cause every one I've shopped looks like this and it's sad and it's a Monday early afternoon. I'm taking my money to Ross they may not have the selection but the shopping experience beats this any day!!!"
