"The PINK store only had one employee working but she was very friendly and helpful. The main VS store had a few employees working but they were very hard to track down to complete checkout. The store was well organized, but size options aren’t that great."

"If I could give this location 0 stars I would. First of all the place is disgusting. The fitting rooms are always leaking from the ceiling. Ants crawling in the cabinets, roaches in the panty bar. That’s just the half of it. They never have staff. The “managers” cant even size correctly… and have to ask what the sister size is? So whoever is handing out these rolls might also want to be evaluated. The manager Amber believes that harassment is a good technique to use on people to get them to buy things as well as she is homophobic which is also not a good statement to be made by the company After doing much research it’s been said that it is a very abusive company so none of this surprises me one bit. I would rather order online or not even bother with this company at all at this point."

"Will never give you my business AGAIN. I go shopping on a 10-6-23 to buy my wife some things for her birthday. I go here to PINK to get a few things. I spend around 200 or so I. Items. There was a deal on panties, 10 for 38. The nice lady rang me up for all the items and my daughters items she was buying. Sat I get the stuff out my truck and noticed there was no panties. She never put them in the bag! I go back up here the next day, and no one seems to can help me they give me a number to cal only! I asked the manager to call the girl that rang me up. She stats, we can’t get a hold of her they say. This is not right at all! What a waste of my time and money! Never again!"

"Such friendly and helpful employees.They made my shopping experience easier and pleasurable.. I couldn't find a more pleasurable store if I tried. I took my granddaughters and they did all the measurements and gave them a great comfortable perfect fit. I'm so impressed. I will be back."
