"Employees are lazy and rude. My daughter went into the store at 6:20 (1 hour and 40 minutes before they close at 8:00 PM) to try on shorts. The employee told her the dressing rooms were closed since the store was closing soon. Obviously the employees need more training on customer service, policies and procedures. I hope management can handle this to improve the customer experience in the future or maybe just shop at AE instead."

"Do not try and return anything before they close (which is before 8pm anyways) they do not close when they are supposed to they close earlier and when you try to return something they ask you to wait all day because they do not “have enough money in their drawers” this is rediculous and corporate needs to know about this. We will be calling them as well to let them know about this store."
