"Service is AWFUL EVERY TIME ! Why are you at working at night… if you don’t wanna work? I get handed my order & had to ask where an entire combo was! I know I had to check from previous awful service! Then they had an attitude as if I wasn’t supposed to ask for my food! Everything was in the wrong bag! Nobody wants to spend their money on bad service or terrible food! JUST CLOSE THE STORE OR GET STAFF THAT KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! THEY CHOSE THAT JOB & SHOULD APPRECIATE IT!"
"The employees were super nice ... I ordered through the app inside pickup and as I was parking and preparing to go inside to pick up my order an employee was already bringing it to my car. Thank you all very much."
"I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Burger King drive-through late at night, and it was an absolute disaster. The service was abysmal, to say the least. The employees seemed completely disinterested in their jobs, and it took an eternity to place my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The staff’s attitude was as unappetizing as the food, making this a truly regrettable dining experience. Avoid at all costs!"
"God bless you all I have not had aWhopper this good , since 24 years ago, I was pregnant with my son and all I ate for nine months was whoppers every day. Now I feel sorry I only got one. I will definitely need another. I’ll be back tomorrow. I hope all of you get a raise . This is the only fast food place that’s actually exceptional . Thank you so much. "All they care about is the window counter. They make you back up behind their sensor and wait until the good is ready. And today I ordered the Sourdough King with pickles.... no pickles, bread not toasted, and no sauce on my burger. I literally had 2 pieces of bread with the patties, cheese, and some onions slapped on it. Got no receipt. Horrible customer service. Filing a corporate complaint as well. Get your sht together."
