"Please, and I repeat PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. My family and I had the worst experiences. The customer service is very kind but the food is not even decent quality. I don’t understand papa John’s. If someone asks for EXTRA cheese, the pizza should have cheese on it. It’s like the more cheese you ask for the less you get. Our pizza was filled with sauce, toppings, and only a sprinkle of cheese. And this is not the first time this has happened! We’ve had a replacement and the replacement was still horrible. The food is just not good anymore. Save your time and money and just go to Pizza Hut or Marco’s."
"The manager that took my order was super nice and told me about a special with more toppings and less money than what I was ordering! You have to LOVE that kind of service! The pizza was wonderful!!"
"This is the most unpleasant I've experienced with them. I ordered at 10pm, they accepted the money, didn't give an order confirmation number, provided them with delivery instructions to call upon entry, and gave them the apt number. They didn't call upon entry, so they weren't able to find me. Called & nobody answered, so I'm out of $26 & no pizza. Just horrible!"
"I was picking up an delivery. Waited over 30 minutes. Staff isn’t pleasant at all. Not one time did I see any staff wash their hands. One was using the phone and the other was handling transactions. No wash hands or using gloves. Glad this wasn’t my food."
"If I can give zero star. I would. Incredible slow compare to all other Papa John place. Stuff do not give a care to any customer. If I am the owner. I would shut it down and start over. What a joke of a pizza place."
