Papa Johns Pizza

"Ridiculous service. Was told order had a few minutes left to be done, the young man leaves to make more pizza. Someone else comes in 5 mins later after waiting to ask the name on the order again, them she looks and grabs the order that was ready the entire times. The first young man didn’t bother to look the first time or follow up."

"Today I went to the Papa Johns and I was a bit concerned because the reviews all look horrible. However, the service that I experienced personally was fantastic and all of the people had smiled with their faces. The workers here seem like they’re doing the best that they can. Although I agree that customer service should be number one. Humanity comes first. If you order something have patience and it will come to you. The people here have brightened my day today and the pizza was immaculate!"

"Horrible service!! The managers do not care about the customer. On 11/18 I placed a large order. The order arrived incomplete, cold, and inedible. I completed a survey online and received a phone call in response from one of the managers. She apologized and offered me a partial refund and store credit. She explained I needed to call the store to redeem the credit when I was ready. Today (12/10 around 2:30 pm), I called the store and was told by the manager on duty that there was no store credit on file. She was very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I asked if it was possible to inquire with the person that called me originally. She told me there was nothing she can do, to call corporate, and hung up. I called back 3 times. 2 times I was put on hold and then they hung up. The 3rd time they answered and when I asked for the manager on duty’s name I was placed on hold again and they hung up again. As a result, I went to the store in person and the cashier said the manager on duty was Jasmine and her boss’s name was Camille. The manager that reached out to me in regard to my initial order did not follow through with her promises. The manager on duty today was beyond rude and doesn’t care about the customer or customer resolution."

"Just got my order delivered. Order two drinks, didnt get them. I called to have them refunded because redelivery will take 45 minutes. Opened pizza box, theres only 1 pineapple on one half of the side when I ordered for entire pizza. No jalapenos on half of the pizza where I ordered pineapple, green pepper and jalapenos. Called and a man answered. He was extremely rude and sarcastic where I asked to speak with Cami again he goes “be my guest” lol. All in all, I spoke with Cami and she apologized and offered a free large pizza."

"I don’t know why businesses make it hard to like their stuff today. But what I received from this Papa Johns is unacceptable and gross. I ordered their “Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni” and what I received is a big ol’ circle of nastiness. There are few toppings on this and it looks disgusting. This is nowhere near worth the ridiculous $16 and change I got charged for. I will not be ordering from them or from Papa Johns probably ever again. Disgusting and completely unacceptable to offer such a pathetic product. *See picture."
