"Had an appointment at 10am to have 3 people fitted for a wedding. The entire process took almost 3 hours. Total time spent on the suits was maybe an hour while the rest of the time was spent standing around waiting. Sales associates kept bouncing between our group and walk-in customers, sometimes leaving us waiting for 15-20 minutes. Anytime we would ask for someone to come over we were met with “oh sorry we’re short staffed”. Lack of staff does not justify terrible service. I have 3 weddings over the next 2 years (mine included) and will be looking at other accommodations for suits."

"Had I reviewed this store a year ago it would have been 3 stars at best. Today however is a different story and it all comes down to customer service. Tony was the store salesperson who helped me. He was clearly new, but man was he motivated to help. Not to sell, but to help and there's a big difference. Finding pants that match a suit jacket can be a bit of a challenge with Jos A Bank thanks to their antiquated store and software design. That didn't slow Tony down, and the store manager was right there helping too. That in itself is a massive change. The part that blew me away was their seamstress. This lady not only joined in to help us find the right suit, but stayed late to alter the pants on both suits for me. She nailed it! Super friendly, highly talented, and determined to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for in a fit Went in for one suit and walked out with two. This wasn't because of high pressure but because the folks there went above and beyond to help. This store deserves 4 stars for design and clothing options, and a 5th star for incredible service from start to finish. I am changing where I shop and will be making this my go-to location. Well done folks!"

"It looks like management came in and restructured the employees. I was pleased with how helpful and professional Geri or Gerry was. He greeted me when I came and helped me every second of the way. A few weeks ago. I visited this location months ago and a young lady that worked there was giving me bombastic side eye when I asked to try on some shirts. It was a very unpleasant experience because every customer needs to be sure they get the right fit for their clothes. Thank you Jos A Banks for making sure your employees treat your customers right."

"Came to get fitted for a suit and pants, always had trouble finding the right size to fit. Gary greeted us and was an immediate help. He was extremely accommodating and helpful and was able to find measure a suit to fit me perfectly! Will come again!"

"I stopped by JAB this morning to rent a tux. There were a few customers in front of me and there was only 1 person doing "fittings". The door kept opening and customers were piling up. Dricka (sales associate?) managed all of this very well. She continued to work with the customer, while also assisting me and managing new arrivals. I was very impressed with her multitasking ability. She was very thorough and made sure that she went over all of the rental agreement stuff in detail. Kudos to her.... She was great."
