"I placed an in-app order, went through the drive through, had about a 10-12 minute wait for my food, and drove away with what appeared to be the correct order. The drive through area had a decent bit of litter in it, which isn't the biggest deal but it doesn't exactly make the place look nice. When I opened my burger I found that it didn't include the cheese I had paid extra for. When I got home I contacted support who gave me a few $$ for the problem, but since I didn't have any cheese around (lol) the burger was far less enjoyable."
"Always have a great experience here with the staff. All very friendly people. I like the burgers here and the breakfast options but not a fan of their fries."
"Staff not friendly, poor customer service, food barely edible. They are more concerned about the timer on the drive through window than anything else. I won't ever go back to this Burger King. NOT recommended!!!!!!!!"
"Unprofessional employees. Extremely rude, snarky, and over all unwelcoming. I get hating your life while working a minimum wage job, but do better. No hairnets in sight in the BoH, no gloves, and no non-slip shoes. Inside is atrocious, wouldn't feed my dog in the dining room. RBI and 3G Capital (Parent Company of BK) should investigate into this location and either set things straight or just close it down. Allowing GPS Hospitality to be your franchisee obviously is not working and will surely drive this location to closure."
