"We went to sell them some of the clothing and had 2 huge boxes full of nice clothing, we left with $4.90 and a bad taste in our mouths after waiting for an hour. They were extremely rude towards us the entire time before they told us they would only take a $60 pair of shoes which they gave us $4.90, meanwhile they’re going to sell it for $20."
"I went there 2 times , first time they said my clothes were worn and they never open any of my bags they were double tied and everything was brand new . I’m pregnant and can’t fit in any my sizes anymore . Second time they just literally donated my clothes and said my voicemail doesn’t work and I save and never delete my messages. I think this place is very unprofessionally ran. Very lazy co workers ."
"They really pick and choose who they will purchase clothes from. I don’t how clothes that’s never been worn are worn and tare. Either way they do not give one enough for their product. My bf brought a pair of shoes he only worn once and they gave him 14 dollars but the shoes were a limited edition. Overall Not worth it!"
"I had cleaned out my closet and was going to just donate everything, but I had always heard of others selling their used items to platos so I decided to try it out. I went there the other day. The one with braces was polite, however the chubby one with red hair has such a nasty and disgusting energy she carries; she should not even work there. I brought a humongous container filled to the rim with clothes. Firstly, they did not go through ALL of the clothes I brought. I know that, because the items at the bottom of the bin were folded exactly how I had folded them and in the same exact order I had folded them. The chubby red head, was then offended because I did not want the 10% off of a $3 shirt I was purchasing as well; mind you that 10% was coming out of the total I received for what I brought in. She then proceeded to just throw my container on the counter and walk off. Overall, I will never sell to platos again or at least not that one. (I only refer to her as the chubby red head, because I didn’t identify them by names and that individual is the only one who fits the description). She destroyed the entire energy of that day."
