"My wife went in the store in early Feb to purchase a particular Dolly Parton shirt for our niece's birthday. The owner didn't have her size but assured us she would order it and call my wife when it was ready for pick up with she said usually take a week to 10 days. It is now the end of March and she never got a call and we had to make other last minute arrangements for a gift for her. I hope this is not the norm for this store but our first experience here wasn't great."
