"There was a drive through and I sat there 25 mins . No one took my order as soon as the car ahead of me left I just drove right on out of there. You could hear employees arguing, it was horrible we was stuck in line and ended up around the corner at McDonald's"
"First, let me say my dude Leonard hooked it up! I ordered online but when I pulled up to the stall it showed as being made then it disappeared. Somehow there was a communication error between the app and the store resulting in the order being subsequently lost. He checked my mobile receipt, made my order, then added a few things in. Thanks again Leonard!"
"Ordered a strawberry shake and cherry limeade at 9:16 didn't arrive to to car window until 9:37 over twenty minutes. from stall #14 I could see my drinks sitting on the counter and I could see the employees just messing around with their phones terrible customer service had to ask for them to go back and bring my receipt. Bad Service."

"Ashley and Miranda are always great when we go. Our food is always hot when we get it. They always have a smile on their face and they are very courteous. Sonic has the number 1 mozzarella sticks and I have tried lots of places. I LOVE SONIC!!!"
