"Went there for breakfast yesterday and it took them 20min to get my order ready. Started eating when I got home and found a HUGE PIECE OF GLASS on my toast, with melted cheese on the edge and everything. So glad it was me who got this surprise and not the mom getting breakfast with her three little kids behind me at the line."
"I go to this Dunkin a lot, and the food and coffee is always mediocre, which is good enough for me. Today I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line (which is fine, they were busy) for the worst coffee and avocado toast I have ever seen in my life. The cream(?) in my coffee looks like it was rotten, as it had separated and chunks were floating on top. I tasted the coffee anyway (against my better judgement) and yeah, it was definitely spoiled. I'm not sure why they even gave it to me, as it was extremely obviously not safe to drink. The avocado toast, on the other hand, was completely burnt. The top is literally pitch black, and they didn't even try to cover it all with the avocado spread. Biting into it is like trying to bite into a rock. Normally I wouldn't leave such a bad review, (because I know they were busy and understaffed) but the food, and especially the coffee, is literally unsafe to consume, and they had no problem serving it to me."
