"After a long drive, had my GPS aimed at this Starbucks to sit and relax. Lobby is closed. PS I counted 3, maybe 4 staff inside. COVID is over. Starbucks: Either staff these places or convert them to Drive Thru Only and indicate such on Google. I would have visited the Starbucks in Kroger."

"The store hour opens at 5:30 AM according to the sign in the drive through window. I arrived at 6:05 AM and no one was there. Apparently they have changed their hours. Don't assume this store will be open for business at the documented time."

"I almost always order a dry cappuccino, and many places don’t know what that means. The barista at this Starbucks today was all over it and took extra care to make sure my drink was made just right. I appreciated the service and the thoughtfulness, and the drink was perfect! Not to mention, this is one of our go-to places for an easy breakfast. I think the bagels are delicious and we often have the breakfast sandwiches like the bacon Gouda. Always a good way yo start our day."

"The staff is accommodating, the store needs a deep-clean. Specifically the floor, it really shouldn’t have crumbs all over it first thing in the am. (It looks like it hasn’t been sufficiently deep cleaned in months. Fixing the broken display of breakfast sandwich pictures might also be a good idea.) This morning, the oatmeal was literally inedible & I had to send it back. (I started visiting Starbucks’ first stores in Downtown Seattle over 30 years ago… never sent anything back before.) It literally takes 5 mins to cook steel cut oatmeal so I’m not sure why they’re serving instant but notes taken. Cashier was kind about changing to my “go-to” Kale & Mushrooms Egg White Bites. I’m tired from traveling so really appreciate not being hassled. Cappuccino was good. This store could use some work. (Aprons & Name Tags on all staff is helpful, too.)"
