Scooter's Coffee

"I've been trying to support local/small businesses and I find Scooters is a decent alternative to StarB. I absolutely love the customer service; the staff are so sweet and nice. It almost makes me feel bad for what I'm about to say: I am just not a fan of their coffee or food. I really wanted to like it but if I had one critique I'd say is they really need to learn how to balance their flavors. I've tried their Chai latte: it was way too sweet and had a LOT of chai mix. The second time I came back and asked for less mix more milk it was perfect. I ordered the Peanut Butter crunch twice. I was told it was supposed to taste like Butterfingers but I tasted nothing but coffee. I do like strong coffee but I really wanted other flavors too. I even ordered extra drizzle and peanut butter and it was just COFFEE. The everything bagel I had today was good BUT all those good flavors were overpowered by PEPPER. I'm not sure if this is an issue of someone not knowing how to mix the drinks or prep the food or if it's just how Scooters operates. I've come to accept that Scooters is probably not meant for me and that's ok. If they read this review they can take my critique or leave it. I wish them well regardless bc they are a nice business and they do good work."

"The maple waffle sandwich is a family favorite! Not a big fan of the coffee but Red Bull infusions are pretty good. The workers are always very sweet"

"The smoothie was great! What I did not like and totally do not support is taking more than what is told. The workers do not work for tips. I was asked to tip. I did. Looking at receipt in which I had to demand, they tipped themselves more than what I told them to. That is dishonest business. Great smoothie though! Not a fan of the deceptions. It was a red haired lady who did this."

"Stopped by during lunch time and there was no line. Ordered and was on my way in less than 5 mins. I ordered the caramelicious and a strawberry açaí quencher. I asked if the caramelicious was on the sweeter side and was told it was so I went ahead and added an additional espresso shot and it tasted perfect for me. Sweet but a bit strong. Would not try it without the espresso shot since it was pretty sweet with the extra one in it. I’ve tried other fruity drinks from other places and the syrups have a bad flavor so I was nervous to try one from here but it was actually pretty tasty. Very happy with what we tried and would most definitely come back. Like someone else said in their review it’s nice to have options other than Dunkin or Starbucks."
