"I can't even give a 1 star, the employees are very rude, it's 5:55pm and they didn't want to let us in because they told the cashier needs to close at 6pm, they said that the customers made a mess, when we're just trying to find our size, isn't that shopping about?? To look your size, color, etc??? But they hated to do their job that hate people to enter the store..hello dude!? Why are you working there ??? Josh (like Venezuelan or whatever and the other Latin girl) they're so disrespectful to us and shoot us the door when we asked for their names, (she didn't want to give us her name for obvious reasons), I recorded the discussion if you want more proofs, and we didn't the only family that received that treat at 5:55pm, when we're in our right to buy!! If we don't buy, they don't have a job...end of the story!!"

"I called the store and Laura searched for the items I was looking for and she saved them for 48 hours. I went to the store the next day in an Uber for almost 40 miles and the store had actually closed. I called and Josh answered, I explained my situation and he allowed me to still get my items. He turned what could have been a long and costly trip into an incredible shopping experience!!! I'll definitely be back and will tell everyone to shop at this location."

"I just wanted to give some very positive feedback for this Nautical location. I purchased clothes for my husband and had to take several things back to exchange for different sizes. Sometimes when you go back in to do a return/exchange the employee is just not friendly. Well Ashley WAS!! She went the extra mile to help me find my husbands sizes, even looking in the back and finding just what we needed. This kind of customer service should be recognized-So THANK YOU ASHLEY!! Also, the guys that were working the day I did my original purchase were great-don’t have their names. I will definitely be back!"

"When I entered the store I had 2 employees take care of us. They showed us around, everything we needed to try and help us look for sizes and what was on discount and what wasnt. Shout out to Jennifer for showing us around. I would definately want to go here again"

"I went into the store bought a couple of T-shirts my transaction total was $21.38. They were doing inventory I was told and the register locked up after I put my card into the pinpad. Transaction was approved but the terminal never printed my receipt! They made me put my card in 2 more times and the transactions were approved again. After 20 minutes of waiting the register continued to stay locked up. At this point I left the store without the T-shirts! I called the store a few days later and spoke with manager Linda. Iadvised her my credit card had been charged 3 times. Linda simply advised me to do a dispute on those transactions with my credit card merchant! I advised Linda if I do that they are going to be charged which charge backs which is going to cost their store more than twice of what they owed me in refunds. Linda was just fine with that and didn't really take the initiative to do any research and help me!"
