"Had a quite unpleasant shopping experience here. My mom and I walked into this store 15 mins before their closing time on Christmas Eve. We were just trying to buy a sweater for my grandma real quick, which could be easily done under 15 mins for us. But the second we walked into this store, one staff immediately said to us “we’ll be closed in few minutes”, instead of greeting us. I told her that we’re aware of it. Then, another staff all of sudden jumped in to our conversation and said that “it’s the holiday and we want to be with our family soon”. Well, we get that and as I already said “we’re aware of the store closing time”, which is 6 p.m. on 12/24. So, if we walk-in at 5:45 p.m. and the store is not yet closed, I don’t see the problem nor the point of rushing the customers like they did. We didn’t end up buying anything from here, as the staffs were not only made us feel unwelcome, but also didn’t offer any assistance in regard to our shopping needs. Thus, we’ll take our business elsewhere from now on that actually appreciates their customers."
