"Wish we could give 0 stars, customer service is horrible. My daughter and I were the first in the store, no one greeted us, a couple of people walked in afterwards with no greeting or help offered. Mind you it was three workers in the store. I walked right out."
"Totally ghetto! The whole staff needs to be restructured. They close the store early regularly claiming they are short of help and restrict customers access when trying to purchase during business hours. The manager leaves the kids to run the store with little to no knowledge of how to conduct professional business. Someone will get hurt in the future due to the games this company involves itself in."
"Horrible service, is you're not their friend or look like you have money there is absolutely no help offered or given. I'm no trendsetter or youngster but I love good customer service and shoes. They have an impeccable collection but no help to them on your feet. I waited 5 mins after cruising the store and talking to other customers who got help because of their look, I left."
"If I could give zero stars I definitely would. My husband and I went into this store today. Upon entering we noticed 3 employees chatting it up at the register. Not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. After 5 minutes of being in the store 2 more customers entered, the exact same thing. They never stopped their conversation. Not only did we leave, the other customers left too. Please train your staff on customer service."
"I purchased an item on Mother’s Day weekend with my card but the system shut down right after the purchase was made.The key paid signaled that the purchase was complete. The assistant manger seen that but refuse to give me the shoes and she seen that it took out my bank account. So I ended up paying in cash again and still never received a refund on my card. I called numerous of times and filed a complaint but no one followed up. At this point they are playing with folks money and I don’t like that."
