"Very bad experience. Bought and paid for sofa and rented truck to pick up. When picking up sofa was badly stained on back. Would not resolve to our satisfaction. Refunded purchase price Did not compensate for rental truck, time etc. Very poor customer service. They just wanted to sweep under rug."
