"This was my first time ordering cupcakes from this shop and I'm disappointed. Cupcakes are not supposed to look like this. All of them are flat with a little icing slapped on top. I could've made better cupcakes at home. I tried calling about this issue, and I was placed on hold for a while. I've been trying to call back and now they won't answer the phone. "My fiancée and I weren't originally planning on having a cake at our wedding, but we soon realized the older generation in our families were really looking forward to the cake cutting! We quickly discovered bakeries charge insane amounts for wedding cakes and were feeling discouraged when we decided to look into buying our cake from our favorite neighborhood cupcake and coffee shop, Kupcakerie. Kascha, the co-owner, quickly set us up with a quote and cake tasting. We wanted a simple 2-tier cake with a strawberry tier and a cookies and cream tier. David and I had so much fun at the cake tasting and are so glad we ended up getting a cake from Kupcakerie. Several people came up to us to say it was one of the best tasting wedding cakes they ever had.
