"i went to this location on my way to work and i’ve never had a problem with dunkin until recently. a few days ago i made a mobile order asked for sweet cold foam on the top didn’t get any at all. then i go back today with a mobile order asked for sweet cold foam again and they put whipped cream on top. i don’t understand the issue with this location if they’re out of cold foam that’s fine but out that on the app"

"Typical Dunkin' menu. I was very glad they had coconut donuts. I've been visiting for a long time. Today, their music is blasting outside. It's never been loud before today. I almost didn't enter assuming it was as loud inside. It was not. I mentioned the issue to an employee and they said there was nothing they could do. He said the volume level is controlled by corporate. HEY CORPORATE, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. Update: I have been back three times and no loud music. I guess corporate heard me. Thank you."
