Starbucks

"I came through the drive through on 8/24 around 12 pm. I ordered a coffee which I’ve ordered virtually a million times. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I politely waited until the drive through employee returned to the window to have the item corrected. The employee told me that I did not request cream and sugar but myself and my driver are 100% sure that we did as I order the same coffee A LOT. She apologized then returned with the coffee but poured half of my coffee out to add the cream that I requested. This was unacceptable as I’d originally paid for 2 additional espresso shots. I returned & went to the inside and explained that I only wanted cream/sugar/flavor added & that I had already made room for the cream & sugar so there was no need to pour out my coffee and shots. The young lady from the drive through then walked away from her position at the window to tell me “next time make sure you ask for it”. I was floored as she was not a manager and had no reason to be talking to me again. I informed her once again that I asked at the window. She then proceeded to tell me that none of the other staff heard me ask. At that point I felt as if she was attempting to gang up on me to prove her point. Please inform your employees that operating in their own self interest is not what they were hired to do. The proper response is to simply apologize and remake the coffee. There is no need to be passive aggressive by pouring out half of my coffee or calling me a liar and saying that I did not make the request. Simply remake the coffee to satisfy the customer. The customers interest should always come before your desire to be right!"

"Service by cashier working on 8/6/23 around 8:15 am was exceptional. I didn’t happen to catch her name. In general, I like this location. My only complaint is that the drinks are not always consistent, sometimes the cups are 3/4 full, sometimes they’re a bit diluted. But 90% of the time I’m happy with my order."

"So disappointed on 6/03/23, and this wasn’t the first time. The drink was supposed to be a hot mocha but was barely warm and tasted bland like the recipe wasn’t followed. The worst part was the sandwich. Half had no filling while the other had a scant amount. They have become more and more careless at this location. We don’t feel welcome anymore."

"Wow, usually whenever I go to any Starbucks I ask for a Iced Caramel Macchiato with EXTRA caramel drizzle. This Starbucks gave me exactly what I ordered 1000/10!!!! Nice job"

"Cold brew with espresso and mocha, and one of the coffee cakes. This location, which just happens to be close to my parents house, is doing an awesome job!"
