Jet's Pizza

"I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Jet's Pizza on Jiles Road in Kennesaw proves that good customer service has been thrown out of the window. When I walked into the store to pick up my order I had to greet the customer service rep. she did not speak to me. When I got home I found that my food looked and tasted as if it was a day old. I called the next day to speak to the manager and he certainly did not care. He told me there was no way my food could look or taste as if it was a day old. He told me that it was because, I didn't pick up the food until 5:44pm when my ticket said pick up at 5:15pm he stated that was almost a hour ago. I told him that I called to speak to manager not to argue but, I actually thought he would care. He stated he is the manager and good bye. I order from them on a regular basis mostly on the Uber Eats app.. I have also called their store directly and placed big orders over $80 always tipping the driver well. This order was only a little over $30 so, I wasn't calling to get over on them. I was not complaining just to complain I was truly unsatisfied and tried to give them the opportunity to make it right. It's unfortunate that I didn't matter as a customer I am a pizza person and in Georgia Jet's Pizza was one of my favorite stores however, I refuse to order where my business is not appreciated. I will never order from Jet's Pizza again because of this incident."

"Didn’t eat in its jets…but the pizza was terrific and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and had huge smiles! Built my own thin crust and it was baked to perfection. Was the hit of the birthday party."

"Pizza was good but the wings were dry. I was expecting the wings to have a little more sauce on them. I've ordered the wings and pizza twice and both times the wings were dry. Probably will only order the pizza going forward."

"HORRIBLE management and customer service. We order from this location all the time. Tonight I sent my husband to pick up an order while he was out running errands. I ordered a pizza and some MILD wings. The wings I received were HOT…. Like seriously hot! I called and the man who answered the phone seemed almost friendly but extremely unhelpful. He basically brushed off my concern after trying to tell me that they were indeed mild as if I had any reason to lie….and said he’ll tell the manager (as in for future reference.) I asked to speak to the manager and the guy put me on hold then came back and said that the manager would be willing to remake the wings if I wanted to drive all the way back and waste gas and time to bring the HOT wings back. I thought it be easier to save my gas, toss the wings, and share about the horrible customer service!"
