"Me being the only customer in the place: Do you have an Ice Coffee for William? Employee: No. *turns back to me* Me: Hold on. This isn’t the address? *shows address on app* Employee: No *turns back to me again* Me: *stands there staring dumbfounded waiting for her to say something else* Starbucks would’ve said “oh. I see you placed the order at the wrong location. Tell me what it was and we’ll make it for you.”"
"Horrible customer service! I ordered a coffee and my brother wanted a biscuit. We then got told after we paid there were no more biscuits and we were asked if we wanted to replace the item. We then just asked for a Croissant with sausage and told us it would be a price difference I said no problem pay it, she proceeded to roll her eyes. She then rings it up said what do you want again and I repay myself and she laughed at me, and didn’t even charge me. she then got an other person who was working with her to get the food and walked off. Then we where given a sausage biscuit after we where told there was no more? I was honestly very disappointed with the customer service and the extra unnecessary rude attitude. I just got off work and simply wanted a coffee. It’s 11:44pm nobody has time to argue! If your working at least do it right."
"Sadly this dunkin is not up to standards. Every time I go here I have to wait about 3-5 minutes at the speaker post before someone even acknowledges me, the workers always have attitude and seem unhappy with working there, and they never make it correct. I continue to go here since it’s closer to my location, but not anymore. If I were you, I would drive an extra 15-20 mins to a different location for better, faster service."
"I kindly and very clearly ordered an iced matcha latte without ice. I received my drink filled with ice and when I corrected the worker at the window, she dumped out all the ice and gave me a lesser amount of my latte. No remake, just lazy workers who don’t want to listen to orders."
"I started over at McDonalds (next door) but they were acting sus af over there. So I took my paying behind on over to Dunkin, where I know I get treated right. The girl who took my order, card, and gave my food to myself was an absolute delight and a pleasant smile!"
