"Really wish there was an option for no stars!! We went there tonight with family and friends we had gotten our salad and when I went to take a bite there was a big piece of hair I had told the waiter and cook and they said they would take care of it for me, well right before getting our food we noticed all of our plates were dirty and covered in green dust they had to get us fresh plates. Fast foward to the end my friend got their check they put the money in the waiter took it to the register put the money into a different bill and brought it back to them and told them this is their bill they needed to pay more, when the manager came over we had explained to her there was hair in my food her words “well did you show anyone at all” I told her yes I showed 2 people they both said they would do something and she proceeds to tell me “well the salad is complimentary with your food when ordered” I asked “with hair in it” she shrugs her shoulders and tells me yes with so much attitude then my friend had told her about their check being messed up and it wasn’t fair to pay more then what they were brought out automatically threatens to call the cops on her for wanting her original check because she didn’t understand why they took her money to pay for what was brought out then was told they needed to pay more without any explanation and not to mention when I asked about the dirty plates the manager herself told me “we had someone come and blow the vents out so there going to be green” and got mad because we didn’t want to use dirty plates. The food was not worth it the service was terrible will NEVER go back poor management and is definitely not up to date with health code save yourselves time and money!"
"Great location ( next to Provino Restaurant & AMC Movie Theatre). Nice service and atmosphere. Fun to watch the chef doing quick Hibachi cooking ~ But food is so so ~ too much soy sauce added to each meal we ordered."
