"We were about to order and my husband was told that he couldn't add sweet cream foam to his hot latte drink because it will melt. We agreed that we know but that's what she want but the employee refused to take our order at all. She said Starbucks can't do that and refused our order. We had to leave there to come across the street to get our order from the separate Starbucks."
"I placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived at Kroger. I went in, filled a prescription and walked towards the Starbucks counter. No drink, no employees behind the counter. A young guy with glasses sitting at the table eating tostino chips and wearing a plain black t-shirt said nothing to me and got up to make my drink. Said nothing to me while he made it and handed it to me silently. I get that you want to take a break or rest for a minute, but at least acknowledge me. It felt rude and the employee acted as if I interrupted his break time. My girlfriend, when I told her, said she has had issues with the same employee. Just say "hey drink will be ready in a minute, I'm making it fresh for you". I would have tipped him like I always tip the barista. First time I haven't tipped there."

"The people at this Starbucks in Kroger are so nice! I've never had a bad experience. Today my son and I went in and 2 guys were working (I regret not getting their names!) But, they were SO SWEET and talkative and really made my day. Our drinks came out perfect and they were so nice to my 7 year old. Thank yall so much!"
