"February 2nd I ordered my food from the mobile app. How I managed to mess up my order so bad, I really don’t understand… I accidentally ordered 30 dollars worth of food one person can’t eat by herself. I rushed to the Dunkin closest to my house after realizing I wasn’t able to cancel my order from the app. I got to the store and explained my whole story to a lovely lady named Mia. She was very nice and tried to accommodate me in any way. I wish we had more people like her in the restaurant industry. This store has always been very nice, anytime I’ve ordered. Definitely recommend going to this Dunkin."

"I visited this location via drive thru and could not hear the worker, so I went into the store. Upon my entrance, the drive thru attendant just looked at me. No welcome in, no hello, nothing. So I said hello and to my surprise the drive thru person and the 1 worker in the establishment just looked at me! No response. Customer service and outright manners are important to me, so I politely walk out. Very rude, no donuts left, and they seemed to not care. Get better help, or this location will lose all its customers!!!!"

"Just left at 7:20pm on 4/17 very unprofessional customer service from the person who may have been the manager the way she was talking. I ordered a strawberry/mango refresher (mix) because since I started going to DD about 3 months ago, it's the only drink I usually get that way, at this location. The young lady on the intercom was professional and stated "oh we cannot mix the refreshers", when I asked for better understanding as I had just got one yesterday 4/16/23 per my receipt, the owner or manager (as she referenced talking to her staff) took over the intercom stating in a very aggressive and rude manner "No, No" and then proceeded to tell me "we don't mix concentrates" and proceeded to ask me questions and inform me I had the wrong location. The entire time I remained with a neutral voice and explained No this is the only location I utilize since it is 2 miles from me. Then she continued with who was it. "I closed last night". "I closed Saturday." I'm like okay, I had it both days and I know one was afternoon, one was evening. But to insinuate I was being untruthful. I really could've went off...but I know how to be professional and deal with people like this manager. Seeing as I come monthly to pick up a 1/2 dozen to a dozen doughnuts regularly for my staff. I will no longer utilize this location. If this is the type of leadership overseeing staff, she needs to be reprimanded and re-trained on PIP. This is not the leadership or modeling that dunkins brand should want for its employees. The staff was more professional than the manager. Oh and I have receipts attached to show I received a strawberry/mango dragon mix below. It would've been more professional to say "I'm sorry, we cannot do that per our store policy, unfortunately there was an error when you have received this previously". And to add - we apologize for this error, is there anything else you would like. Now to her credit, after an uncomfortable pause she did ask via intercom, in a more appropriate tone, if I wanted anything else but the impression was left and damage done. I will also be following up with corporate."
